By creating prototypes of your ideas for products and services, I help you make them concrete and ready to be tested, way before you invest too much resources in them (time, money, effort). And, once we’ve zeroed in on “The Right It”, I help you build it in the most polished and desirable way. All throughout, we will establish what the criteria for success are and ensure we're keeping track of them.

Basically, I follow an evolved and flexible version of Design Thinking I've refined over the years. First, I use UX Research to gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data about users. Then, I define user personas, user stories, and their conceptual model. I then create potential solutions in the form of low-fidelity prototypes. I test them with users to ensure usability and desirability. Finally, I iterate the designs to reach a level of high-fidelity prototypes. Those can be used for further testing and as the blueprint for developers to build the product/service we'll be shipping.

It depends. If you want to make sure you're building the right solution for your users, it's best if I get involved as early as possible. If you already have a product or service on the market and you'd like to make it more successful, I can hugely help you improve its usability and desirability.
